1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a contract between you and CIE ("we", "us", "Platform"). By using the Platform, enrolling in courses, or making purchases you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Accounts & Access
- You must provide accurate registration information. Protect your account credentials; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- We may suspend or disable accounts for suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
3. Courses & Content
Courses, lectures, code samples and learning materials are offered for educational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee job placement or specific outcomes. Course features (duration, syllabus, pricing) may be updated — changes will be communicated via the Platform.
4. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations
Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase you authorize the payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
- Pricing & Taxes: Course prices are shown on the site. Applicable taxes (GST) may be added at checkout.
- Refunds: We offer a 30‑day refund policy for eligible purchases unless the course is expressly marked non‑refundable. Refund requests should be directed to support@cie.chaitanyaserver.com with order details.
- Payment Declines: If a payment is declined, please check payment details and contact your bank. You may also contact our support and provide the transaction ID so we can help coordinate with the payment gateway.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (text, images, course materials, code, trademarks) is owned by CIE or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access course materials for personal, non‑commercial use. You may not resell, copy, or distribute course content without express written permission.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the Platform (including hacking, reverse engineering, sharing unauthorized content, or infringing others' rights). Violation may result in account termination and legal action.
7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIE disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected fraud. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ends; certain provisions (IP, liability, governing law) survive termination.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, unless otherwise required by law.
